Join Expressive Path for Art in the Park at Elmwood Park Zoo on Saturday, September 13, 2025, from 10 AM to 4 PM! This vibrant community event features local art vendors, food trucks, games, raffles, live student performances, music, dance, crafts, and Star Wars Characters — all part of Expressive Path’s mission to make the arts accessible to underserved communities. Sponsored by Ambler Savings Bank, Art in the Park is one of several summer celebrations supporting Norristown youth through creative opportunities.

Brianna Arroyo is a 16-year-old sophomore at Norristown Area High School. She is a dedicated member of the select choir and gospel choir and also shares her talent by singing at church. Since seventh grade, Brianna has been actively involved with Expressive Path, participating in various opportunities, such as performances, field trips, and summer camp. She is also a member of the track and field team, competing in shot put, javelin, and discus. In middle school, Brianna was a member of the National Junior Honor Society, and she plans to apply for the National Honor Society in her junior year.
Eddie Baldwin is a wrestling athlete, musician, and future entrepreneur. His goal is to inspire others while building a successful future for himself. Eddie attends Expressive Path Community Creators, After School Program, and summer camp. After high school, he plans to continue working at the job he has held for the past two years, aiming for a promotion to management. He intends to start his own business. Eddie is well liked in his community and is known in Norristown as "Eddie the Talented."
Sarai, 18, is a talented musician and performer who has been part of Expressive Path Community Creators and our camp for the past four years. A graduating senior at Norristown Area High School and an Expressive Path alumna, Sarai committed to attend Immaculata University, where she plans to pursue music therapy. She has been singing since she was eight and has performed with us since her freshman year. In addition to singing, Sarai plays the saxophone and is an active member of her school’s jazz band and marching band, led by director Vicki Blum, who also directs the drumline.
